Lake Pawhuska, Oklahoma Facts & Features
Available for trout fishing from November through March, this 96-acre lake has clear waters and rocky shoreline. Pawhuska Lake is one of the few lakes in Oklahoma that is stocked with trout by the Oklahoma Wildlife department. It has both rainbows and browns, making it a popular location for trout anglers.
The Annual Trout Derby in February provides anglers the opportunity to win up to $10,000 in prize money. Pawhuska Lake is equipped with boat ramps, fish docks, and is set up for primitive camping only.

Boat ramps and a fishing dock are available with parking areas and restroom, all handicapped accessible.

Camping at Lake Pawhuska is limited to primitive sites. Camp sites with electrical hook-ups are available at nearby Lake Blue Stern.
